Return Window

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 12 hours of receiving your order.
You must notify us within this time frame with supporting proof of issue.
Send details via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp including:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue (e.g., wrong item, damage, sizing error)

After 12 hours, no returns, refunds, or complaints will be accepted. No exceptions.

Eligible Item Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Tags and accessories (if any) must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized jerseys or apparel
Worn or washed products
Items reported after 12-hour window

Refunds

Refunds are provided only for valid return cases reported within the allowed time. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

How to Measure

Chest: Wrap tape around the fullest part under arms.
Shoulder: Measure straight across back from tip to tip.
Length: Top of shoulder to bottom hem.
Sleeve: From shoulder seam to sleeve end.
