Return Window
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 12 hours of receiving your order.
- You must notify us within this time frame with supporting proof of issue.
- Send details via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp including:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue (e.g., wrong item, damage, sizing error)
After 12 hours, no returns, refunds, or complaints will be accepted. No exceptions.
Eligible Item Condition
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Tags and accessories (if any) must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized jerseys or apparel
- Worn or washed products
- Items reported after 12-hour window
Refunds
Refunds are provided only for valid return cases reported within the allowed time. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
